Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process payments and handle cash transactions.
  • Restock shelves and perform inventory checks to ensure all products are available for customers.
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
  • Assist in the receiving, verifying, and logging of incoming stock deliveries.
  • Promote ongoing store promotions and membership programs to drive sales.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and company operational policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with prior retail experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and proactive personality.
  • Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and cash handling.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to store maintenance.
