Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Restock shelves and perform inventory checks to ensure all products are available for customers.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Assist in the receiving, verifying, and logging of incoming stock deliveries.
- Promote ongoing store promotions and membership programs to drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and company operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with prior retail experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and proactive personality.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and cash handling.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to store maintenance.
