Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for accurate sales processing and payment handling.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product display standards according to company guidelines.
- Manage inventory, including receiving stock, checking for expiry dates, and restocking shelves.
- Monitor store security and assist in loss prevention efforts.
- Handle product inquiries and provide information on promotions or loyalty programs.
- Assist with end-of-day reporting and shift handovers as required by the Store Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency in Malay and English.
- Physically fit to perform tasks such as standing for long periods and stocking shelves.
