As a Shop Assistant, you are the face of our brand. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless and pleasant shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
- Perform cashiering duties accurately using the POS system.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and shelves are well-stocked.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and labeling incoming inventory.
- Monitor product expiry dates to ensure quality and freshness for our customers.
- Process customer transactions, including payments, refunds, and exchanges.
- Handle general administrative store tasks as assigned by the Store Supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Possess a friendly personality and a strong customer-service mindset.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Physically fit and able to perform light lifting tasks when required.
- Willing to work at our Shah Alam, Seksyen U5 location.
