Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries.
- Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and shelves are properly stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks and deliveries.
- Maintain awareness of store promotions and communicate them to customers.
- Handle transactions, process payments, and ensure cash drawer accuracy.
- Support the store manager in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business flow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Possess a friendly and helpful personality with strong communication skills.
- Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Reliable, punctual, and disciplined in following company SOPs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
