Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries and locating products.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and handle various payment methods.
- Manage inventory replenishment, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and merchandise is attractively displayed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.
- Perform daily stock checks and assist in inventory management processes.
- Monitor expiration dates on products and ensure compliance with food safety and store standards.
- Handle store openings and closings, including cash reconciliation and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service excellence.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and possess a high level of integrity.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light manual lifting.
- Prior experience in a retail or convenience store environment is an advantage, but not required as full training is provided.
