Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries and locating products.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and handle various payment methods.
  • Manage inventory replenishment, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and merchandise is attractively displayed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.
  • Perform daily stock checks and assist in inventory management processes.
  • Monitor expiration dates on products and ensure compliance with food safety and store standards.
  • Handle store openings and closings, including cash reconciliation and reporting.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and possess a high level of integrity.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light manual lifting.
  • Prior experience in a retail or convenience store environment is an advantage, but not required as full training is provided.
