Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and product locations in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process cash and card transactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are neatly organized and fully stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock from the storeroom to the retail floor.
- Execute daily store opening and closing procedures in accordance with company standards.
- Implement promotional displays and ensure price tags are current and accurate.
- Monitor store security and prevent loss through diligent observation.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a SPM or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English are essential; proficiency in other local languages is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and possess a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Capable of performing basic physical tasks such as lifting boxes and standing for extended periods.
- Must have reliable transport to and from the C180 area in Cheras.
