Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries.
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
- Manage inventory, including receiving stock, restocking shelves, and monitoring expiry dates.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and display organization.
- Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate cash handling records.
- Monitor store security and assist in loss prevention efforts.
- Participate in daily operational tasks, including store opening and closing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Possess a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
- Able to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin (added advantage).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the KK Group team.
