KK Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated and energetic Shop Assistant to join our team at the Wisma Mutiara Puchong (PWM) branch. In this role, you will be the face of our store, ensuring our customers have a seamless shopping experience while keeping the store organized and stocked.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries and product locations in a friendly and professional manner.
- Efficiently process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, products are faced, and promotional displays are set up correctly.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, including aisles, checkout counters, and storage areas.
- Perform inventory checks and assist in receiving and verifying incoming stock shipments.
- Monitor product expiry dates and implement First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock management.
- Handle cash register operations accurately and balance daily sales reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English; proficiency in other local languages is a plus.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be honest, punctual, and possess a positive work attitude.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with electronic point-of-sale systems.
