Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries and locating items.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) operations, including accurate cash handling and processing payments.
- Perform daily inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing product displays.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store, ensuring all aisles and displays are tidy.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the store supervisor.
- Assist in receiving and verifying deliveries from suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all store policies, safety guidelines, and health regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Able to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and reliability.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light manual lifting.
