Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the point of sale.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Perform accurate inventory replenishment and stock management.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system effectively.
- Monitor product expiry dates and ensure shelf freshness.
- Assist in promotional setups and price tag updates.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin are highly advantageous.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis (including weekends and public holidays).
- Physically fit to perform tasks involving stocking and store maintenance.
- High level of integrity and reliability.
