Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their shopping experience.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) operations, including cash handling, card transactions, and issuing receipts accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure that shelves are well-stocked, organized, and properly labeled with prices.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts and replenishment from the warehouse.
- Perform product rotation to ensure freshness and check for expiring goods regularly.
- Maintain store security and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Assist with promotional displays and ensure that all current marketing materials are correctly placed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with prior retail/cashier experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or other local languages.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic numeracy skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
