Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash transactions, and process payments accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Restock shelves promptly and monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments and verifying delivery accuracy.
- Support daily operational tasks such as cleaning aisles, checking expiry dates, and rotating stock (FIFO).
- Resolve minor customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a friendly, proactive, and positive attitude toward customer service.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (ability to communicate in other local dialects is an added advantage).
- Prior experience in retail, F&B, or convenience store operations is preferred but not mandatory (on-the-job training provided).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and physically fit to handle light lifting and store duties.
