Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance with their inquiries.
- Perform accurate cashiering duties, including handling cash, credit cards, and e-wallet transactions.
- Ensure merchandise is stocked, faced, and displayed according to company planograms.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock counts and replenishment.
- Conduct product promotions and help customers locate items within the store.
- Handle incoming deliveries and organize products in the storage room efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to company safety and operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Possess a positive attitude and a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be honest, reliable, and punctual with a proactive work ethic.
- Basic proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Able to stand for long periods and handle light physical lifting as required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Must be willing to be stationed at the Genting Kelang (GKL) outlet.
