Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance with their inquiries.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and shelf presentation.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Manage stock levels, perform inventory counts, and restock shelves as needed.
- Handle product promotions and ensure price tags are correctly displayed.
- Monitor store safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist in preparing daily sales reports and shift handover documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Possess a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be physically fit to perform stock management and standing duties.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in English or Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Honest, punctual, and highly responsible team player.
