Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to shoppers throughout the store
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in daily inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization
- Maintain clean and orderly store appearance and merchandising standards
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policy
- Monitor store security and report suspicious activities promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Assist in receiving and stocking new merchandise as needed
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
