Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through product recommendations and checkout assistance
- Manage inventory stock levels and coordinate restocking operations
- Organize and maintain visually appealing store displays and shelf arrangements
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Assist with merchandising activities and promotional campaigns
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year retail/customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Positive attitude with service-oriented mindset
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting (up to 10kg)
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
