- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide personalized shopping recommendations
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management
- Ensure store cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and seek appropriate resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical aptitude for handling transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Proficiency in using basic retail technology systems
