Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product assistance to shoppers
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and manage daily sales reconciliation
- Stock shelves, arrange merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness standards
- Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist with stock replenishment
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
