Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries, selections, and checkout processes
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment, rotation, and visual merchandising
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain daily reconciliation
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety standards, and organized product displays
- Process incoming deliveries, verify stock accuracy, and update inventory systems
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English communication
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong numerical skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting up to 15kg
- Positive attitude with problem-solving abilities in customer interactions
