Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product recommendations and query resolution
- Efficiently operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Manage inventory restocking, shelf organization, and visual merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and operational compliance
- Assist with receiving deliveries and managing stock rotation systems
- Participate in promotional campaigns and seasonal sales initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and customer satisfaction goals
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy and cash handling proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting merchandise (up to 15kg)
