Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and issue resolution
- Operate POS systems efficiently, handle cash transactions, and maintain daily sales reports
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety standards, and visually appealing product displays
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Support promotional activities and seasonal merchandising initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems quickly
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail essential
- Positive attitude with willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
