Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Operate point of sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and maintain an organized and clean store environment
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and counting stock
- Monitor store shelves and report low stock levels to the supervisor
- Follow store policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
