Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through product guidance and checkout assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently while handling cash transactions accurately
- Restock shelves and maintain organized, visually appealing product displays
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Support visual merchandising initiatives to enhance shopping experience
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting up to 10kg
- Proficiency in using electronic POS systems
