Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through product recommendations, inquiries handling, and checkout assistance
- Manage daily stock replenishment, display arrangements, and inventory rotation
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions securely
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene standards, and organized merchandising
- Assist with receiving deliveries, unpacking, and stocking shelves according to planograms
- Monitor product availability and report shortages to the store manager
- Support promotional activities and seasonal displays execution
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
- Proficient in basic arithmetic and POS system operation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 15kg), and repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
