KK SUPER MART in Seri Kembangan is currently seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Putra Walk (SPW) branch. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with a diverse range of customers daily. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, reliable, and eager to learn. Whether it's assisting with product selection or ensuring our aisles are well-stocked, your contributions will help create a welcoming shopping environment for everyone.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and locating items.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter.
- Restock shelves and display products neatly to maintain high visual standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock-taking activities.
- Ensure the store aisles, shelves, and restrooms are clean and tidy at all times.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, POS experience preferred).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and late evenings.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
