Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist customers in locating products and provide information about merchandise
  • Operate point-of-sale systems to process customer transactions accurately

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to store management
  • Assist with receiving and unpacking new shipments
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
