Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in locating products and provide information about merchandise
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process customer transactions accurately
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to store management
- Assist with receiving and unpacking new shipments
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical ability for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina for standing and moving around the store
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
