Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchase decisions
- Operate point-of-sale systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Stock shelves, arrange merchandise displays, and ensure store cleanliness
- Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and participate in stock audits
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and company operational standards
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with basic numeracy skills
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting (up to 10kg)
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Reliable with punctual attendance record
