Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, friendly service throughout their shopping experience.
- Assist in stocking shelves, rotating stock, and ensuring products are well-merchandised and easily accessible.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly replenish stock to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized store environment in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily store operations and workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level education or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills are required for accurate cash handling and billing.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
