Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and process transactions accurately
- Manage stock replenishment and maintain attractive product displays
- Ensure store cleanliness and adhere to hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies
- Participate in merchandising activities and promotional campaigns
- Assist with stock-taking and inventory management procedures
- Uphold company policies and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification minimum
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting (up to 15kg)
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
