Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide recommendations, and ensure a friendly and welcoming shopping environment.
- Stock shelves and rotate merchandise regularly to ensure product freshness and accurate inventory levels.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer transactions accurately and handle payments.
- Monitor stock levels and promptly report any shortages or damaged goods to the supervisor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store aisles, including the backroom storage areas.
- Handle cash register operations, including making change and balancing the drawer at the end of the shift.
- Support the store management team with daily operational tasks and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/Malaysian Certificate of Education (O-Level) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of customers.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS software quickly.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
