Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, provide recommendations, and ensure a friendly and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Stock shelves and rotate merchandise regularly to ensure product freshness and accurate inventory levels.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer transactions accurately and handle payments.
  • Monitor stock levels and promptly report any shortages or damaged goods to the supervisor.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store aisles, including the backroom storage areas.
  • Handle cash register operations, including making change and balancing the drawer at the end of the shift.
  • Support the store management team with daily operational tasks and promotional activities.

Kualifikasi

  • SPM/Malaysian Certificate of Education (O-Level) or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of customers.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS software quickly.
  • Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
