Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers visiting the outlet.
- Perform accurate cashiering duties, including handling cash and digital payments.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks and stock takes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment at all times.
- Assist in the promotion of store campaigns and new product launches.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive attitude, high level of integrity, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
- Physically fit to handle store operations and inventory management.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is considered an advantage.
