Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers visiting the outlet.
  • Perform accurate cashiering duties, including handling cash and digital payments.
  • Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure products are displayed attractively.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks and stock takes.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment at all times.
  • Assist in the promotion of store campaigns and new product launches.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with professionalism.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
  • Must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess a positive attitude, high level of integrity, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
  • Physically fit to handle store operations and inventory management.
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is considered an advantage.
