Tanggung Jawab
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Restock shelves and organize aisles to maintain a clean, orderly, and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to the store manager.
- Ensure accurate handling of cash, checks, and credit card payments according to company policies.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing the storage areas.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store performance goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy retail setting.
