Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance with product inquiries.
  • Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions and manage cash handling.
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
  • Restock shelves promptly, ensuring products are displayed correctly and rotated according to expiry dates.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to the Store Manager.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Uphold store security protocols and comply with company policies and safety regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Possess a friendly, helpful, and energetic attitude.
  • Able to work on a shift rotation basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
  • Physically fit to handle stocking duties and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong sense of integrity, responsibility, and reliability.
