Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance with product inquiries.
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions and manage cash handling.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Restock shelves promptly, ensuring products are displayed correctly and rotated according to expiry dates.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to the Store Manager.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Uphold store security protocols and comply with company policies and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Possess a friendly, helpful, and energetic attitude.
- Able to work on a shift rotation basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Physically fit to handle stocking duties and stand for extended periods.
- Strong sense of integrity, responsibility, and reliability.
