As a key member of our store staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring our store operates smoothly and efficiently every day.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and location of items.
  • Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, process cash/card transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure all displays are clean and visually appealing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stocktakes and replenishment orders.
  • Maintain high standards of store hygiene and cleanliness in all areas, including storage and customer-facing zones.
  • Handle customer concerns or feedback in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent experience in retail/customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, helpful attitude toward customers.
  • Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks like lifting and restocking.
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in English or other local dialects is an added advantage.
