Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and location of items.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, process cash/card transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure all displays are clean and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stocktakes and replenishment orders.
- Maintain high standards of store hygiene and cleanliness in all areas, including storage and customer-facing zones.
- Handle customer concerns or feedback in a professional and helpful manner.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent experience in retail/customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, helpful attitude toward customers.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks like lifting and restocking.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in English or other local dialects is an added advantage.
