Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products efficiently.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Restock shelves, organize display areas, and ensure product labeling is correct and up-to-date.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damages to the supervisor.
- Ensure the sales floor, aisles, and restrooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and managing special sales events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn new processes.
