Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, processing cash, card, and e-wallet payments accurately.
- Receive, unpack, and replenish merchandise onto the sales floor following company guidelines.
- Ensure products are fresh, correctly priced, and properly displayed to maximize sales.
- Maintain the highest standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Assist in routine stock counts, inventory checks, and monitoring product expiration dates.
- Support management in loss prevention and security of company assets.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Manager to ensure efficient store operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / PMR or equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or a supermarket environment is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
- Customer-focused with a friendly, approachable, and helpful personality.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift items throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong work ethic, honest, and reliable with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.
