Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products, providing a high level of customer service.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly, clearly labeled, and attractively arranged.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process cash, credit card, and e-payment transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the sales floor, checkout area, and storage spaces.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies, damages, or stock shortages to the supervisor.
- Support promotional activities, seasonal displays, and special store events.
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn POS software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
