Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance with their inquiries.
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
- Manage stock replenishment, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and neatly organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Handle product promotions, pricing updates, and label changes accurately.
- Assist in the receiving and inspection of incoming deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with all store safety and security policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Physically fit and able to handle light lifting of goods.
- Proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Able to commute to Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur reliably.
