As a Shop Assistant, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for maintaining store operations, assisting customers, and ensuring our shelves are always stocked with essential goods. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide friendly, efficient service to all customers and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelving, floors, and storage areas.
  • Perform accurate inventory management, including stock replenishment, checking expiry dates, and monitoring stock levels.
  • Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Prepare and arrange product displays to ensure an appealing shopping environment.
  • Uphold security protocols and store policies to ensure a safe shopping environment for everyone.
  • Assist in daily store administrative tasks as directed by the Store Manager.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail, F&B, or a customer-facing role is an advantage, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and/or English to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
  • Highly reliable, punctual, and possess a proactive work attitude.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to stock handling.
  • Friendly personality with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
