As a Shop Assistant, you are the face of KK SUPER MART. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a seamless shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and product display.
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
- Manage stock replenishment, including shelf tagging and inventory tracking.
- Monitor product expiration dates and handle stock rotation (FIFO method).
- Ensure compliance with company safety, health, and security protocols.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of periodic stock takes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak English and other local dialects is an advantage.
- Physically fit to handle basic inventory movement and standing for long periods.
- Must be highly punctual and reliable.
