Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Greet and assist customers in locating products and providing information on promotions.
- Perform regular stock replenishment and ensure all shelves are organized and well-presented.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the store, including floor areas and shelving units.
- Monitor product expiration dates and implement First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices.
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and verifying incoming stock deliveries from suppliers.
- Report stock shortages, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Comply with all company safety, security, and operational policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; prior retail experience is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to work on a shift rotation basis, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation.
- Physical stamina to stand for long durations and the ability to lift light inventory loads.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and professional discipline.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the retail sector.
