Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and answering their queries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately handle cash transactions.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store meets high cleanliness standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team for stock replenishment.
- Process returns and handle customer complaints professionally and courteously.
- Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for all customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new point-of-sale systems quickly.
