We are currently seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team at our Cheras, Taming Jaya branch. In this role, you will be the face of our store, ensuring our customers have a pleasant shopping experience. You will be responsible for maintaining product availability, assisting with customer inquiries, and managing the checkout process efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon entry and exit, ensuring high-quality service standards.
- Restock shelves and organize product displays to ensure a clean and inviting shopping environment.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for cash transactions, including billing and change.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishing.
- Assist in the unloading and checking of deliveries to ensure product quality.
- Maintain a tidy store layout, including aisles, restrooms, and checkout areas.
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification is preferred but not strictly required.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending).
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and calculations.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Willingness to undergo product training.
