Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patrons and assisting with product inquiries.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions and cash handling.
- Manage inventory levels by regularly restocking shelves and performing stock checks.
- Monitor product expiry dates to ensure all items meet our quality assurance standards.
- Maintain awareness of store promotions and communicate them effectively to customers.
- Support the Store Manager with daily administrative tasks and shift reports as required.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in retail or the convenience store industry is an advantage but not required.
- Strong sense of integrity and commitment to company policies.
