Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and locating items throughout the store
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process customer transactions accurately
- Stock shelves, arrange merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and processing new deliveries
- Ensure compliance with store policies, safety regulations, and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
