As a Shop Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers have a pleasant and efficient shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions efficiently.
- Restock shelves and ensure product displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist in inventory management and stock checks as required.
- Cash handling and drawer reconciliation at the end of shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/SPM-V or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and late evenings.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads.
