Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
- Efficiently handle cash register operations, including processing sales, returns, and various payment methods.
- Restock store shelves and displays to ensure product availability and optimal presentation.
- Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards across all aisles, counters, and storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock takes and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Execute promotional activities and ensure price tags are accurate and up-to-date.
- Adhere to all store safety and security policies to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; candidates with retail experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin (ability to speak multiple languages is a plus).
- Must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive 'can-do' attitude and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy for POS system operations.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform light manual handling tasks.
