Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions, handle cash, and manage returns or exchanges efficiently.
  • Stock shelves and display areas with products, ensuring they are organized, priced correctly, and attractively presented.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the store, including aisles, restrooms, and the cashier counter.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damaged goods to the store manager promptly.
  • Assist in organizing promotional displays and seasonal stock to drive sales.
  • Follow all company policies, health and safety regulations, and security procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • SPM or Diploma holder; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of customers.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and time management.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
