Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their queries and needs effectively.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, processing sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, faced, and arranged according to company merchandising guidelines.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory shipments and assist in stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment for both customers and staff.
- Monitor and report any security risks, theft, or damages to the Store Manager.
- Participate in periodic stock takes and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with ongoing promotions and product knowledge to better serve customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum possess SPM / O-Level or an equivalent qualification.
- Prior working experience in retail or FMCG is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and a positive working attitude.
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.
