Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist customers warmly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales transactions and handle payments.
  • Restock shelves and display areas regularly to ensure products are well-presented, accessible, and free from damage.
  • Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels, performing stock counts, and reporting shortages.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized store environment in strict compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a helpful and solution-oriented manner.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/Malaysian Certificate (SPM/LSP) or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not strictly required.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills are essential for cash handling and administrative tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
  • Must be available to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required by business needs.
