Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales transactions and handle payments.
- Restock shelves and display areas regularly to ensure products are well-presented, accessible, and free from damage.
- Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels, performing stock counts, and reporting shortages.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized store environment in strict compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a helpful and solution-oriented manner.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Malaysian Certificate (SPM/LSP) or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not strictly required.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills are essential for cash handling and administrative tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
- Must be available to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required by business needs.
